Customer care Specialist at Envision Technology Solutions

The technical products that you will support are Envision Pharma Group’s Datavision, Visiontracker, Clear, Library, Medinfo and other solutions added to the portfolio over time. (http://www.envisionpharmagroup.com/technology-solutions/overview.html).

In this role you will:

  • Provide hotline support and training for external clients on the use of all software packages

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure all client requests across all products are handled well and in a timely manner

  • Learn and understand our clients’ business needs

  • Maintain a high level of communications with customers to resolve issues or problems in a professional and timely way (ask, listen, comprehend, respond, inform, and resolve)

  • Assist clients as they adapt to and learn new software and processes

  • Perform advanced research and testing of new software products and releases

  • Document and edit supporting materials, including training content and software support documentation.

 

This role will require occasional travel to the USA and Europe for client training and customer care.

 

This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The successful candidate will ideally hold a BA/BSc and need to demonstrate the following:

  • Exceptionally strong organisational and prioritisation skills

  • Prior external client/customer interaction

  • Ability to perform problem diagnosis, analyze data, troubleshoot, and provide an effective solution

  • Pleasant and well-articulated telephone manner, exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent customer service

  • Patience, pro-activity and highly detail orientated

  • Entrepreneurial approach; working with minimal supervision

  • Passion for technology

  • A team player

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Technical writing skills a plus.
