Account Manager at Envision Pharma Group

This role will provide comprehensive account leadership and support to ensure effective overall management of accounts and execution of deliverables.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversight and development of assigned and ad-hoc projects working autonomously or in conjunction with a Client Solutions Director and/or Project Coordinator(s).

  • Day-to-day client liaison to include participation in recurring or standalone meetings, ad-hoc discussion on project and account status and proactive problem solving.

  • Develop and maintain project status reports to include client and internal updates and outstanding action items; develop ad-hoc reports for internal information gathering and/or to fulfil specific client requests.

  • Ongoing liaison with client and internal team to train on and implement new compliance-driven publications standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Develop or augment excellent working knowledge of Datavision®: display overall knowledge of system purpose, policies, and requirements, serve as team resource for questions, training, and support, create document entries and customized reports as required.

  • General financial management support to include budget development, revenue forecast revenue for own projects, tracking of program expenses and liaison with Client Finance to raise invoices.

  • Take ownership for and/or assist in development and ongoing review of internal best practices and SOPs.

  • Travel as needed to client meetings, national and international conferences and other Envision Pharma Group locations, as needed (approximately 10% of time).


Core Role Requirements

We believe that project management according to both an agency’s and a client’s need is a craft, and the successful applicant will possess the following tool kit:

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater and 3+ years direct experience in client-facing, relationship/account management role
  • Comfort with working both independently and as a member of a team, ability to manage a flexible workload, often under tight deadlines
  • Possession of a professional, approachable and flexible demeanour and most importantly, excellent written and verbal communication skills – be able to go between internal and client times with ease and poise
  • Demonstration of organizational and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), internet search engines, Datavision®)
  • Familiarity with the medical/scientific publications industry, terminology and regulatory environment.
