Bonus scheme

We offer a discretionary profit- and performance-related bonus scheme for all employees who have been with the company for at least 6 months.

Share option plan

We offer a discretionary performance-related share option scheme, open to participation by qualifying employees. Employees need to join by July 1 to qualify for the current year.

Employee assistance

A 24/7 free-phone counseling service that provides online, telephone, and face-to-face support for all work-related, personal, family, and domestic issues. Legal, financial, and debt advice is also offered through this service.

Flexible working

We support the concept of flexible working and will give due consideration to requested flexible working practices where possible, dependent on job role and business needs.

Employee referral scheme

If an existing employee refers a candidate to an open position within Envision and the candidate is hired, the referring employee will receive a total payment of $2000 (or the equivalent amount in the relevant local currency).

Professional development

We may provide financial assistance to employees wishing to gain additional qualifications relevant to their job role, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.

Annual salary review

We conduct an annual salary review in April of each year (effective April 1). Employees need to have joined on or prior to December 31 to be eligible for a review that calendar year. Envision completes off-cycle promotions/role changes as required.

Professional membership

We will fund annual professional membership subscriptions, eg, EMWA, ISMPP, or another recognized body, if applicable to your role.

United Kingdom

Holidays

We offer “unstructured annual leave” to our employees, with no set amount of time off. This policy is designed to allow our people sufficient time off to manage a healthy work-life balance.

Income protection

Partial protection of your income in the event of your long-term incapacity. Benefits are deferred for the first 13 weeks of incapacity, after which 75% of your basic salary will be provided until you are able to return to work or until reaching the termination age of 70.

Health cash plan

Available to all employees (including children up to the age of 24). The scheme is currently provided by Medicash and is company-funded. This is a reimbursement scheme that contributes toward the cost of dental and optical care, specialist consultations, complementary/alternative therapies, health screening, and more.

Pension scheme

Envision operates a group salary sacrifice personal pension scheme. The minimum contribution is 4% and Envision matches up to 7%.

Life assurance

This provides a lump sum benefit to an employee’s dependants (equivalent to four times gross basic salary) in the event of death while in service, up to the age of 75. These benefits are insured under a group life assurance policy.

Health insurance

Envision operates a private health insurance scheme available to all employees, their partners, and children, currently provided by BUPA. The scheme includes unlimited remote GP access 24/7 and second opinion consultations for both employees and their families.

Eye care

We fund eye examinations for display screen users and will contribute toward the cost of glasses specifically required for display screen use.

Sick pay

Employees are entitled to 4 weeks of full pay and 9 weeks at 75% pay (pro-rated for part-time employees), calculated on a 12-month rolling period after successfully completing their probation period. During a probation period, an employee will receive up to 3 days of full pay.

Flu vaccination voucher

Voucher issued to eligible employees annually.

Cycle to work scheme

This is a tax-efficient scheme that enables employees to obtain bicycles and safety equipment to encourage healthier and more environmentally friendly journeys to work. Employees become eligible to participate after successfully completing their probation period.

Enhanced parental leave

Envision provides 12 weeks of paid maternity/primary caregiver leave at full pay, followed by statutory pay and the option for unpaid leave (maximum 12 months). Paternity leave is offered at 2 weeks of full pay.

United States

Paid time off (PTO)

We offer an “unstructured PTO” policy, allowing our people to take as much time off as needed to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

401(k)

We sponsor a 401(k) retirement plan, with eligibility beginning on the first of the month following the date of hire. Envision matches 100% of the first 3% contributed, and 50% of the next 2% with immediate vesting.

Medical insurance

We partner with Anthem to offer medical insurance to all employees working 30 hours or more per week, as well as their eligible family members. Coverage begins on the employee's first day of employment.

Health savings and flex spending accounts

We partner with Anthem and Wex to offer health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts, depending on what plan type is selected.

An annual contribution to employee health savings accounts of up to $1000 for individuals and $2000 for families, depending on the selected plan design.

Vision coverage

We partner with Anthem for a full vision discount program.

Dental insurance

Dental insurance through Anthem to all employees and their eligible family members. An additional buy-up plan is also offered for more extensive visits and procedures.

Life insurance

We provide term life insurance at no cost to you, amounting to 1.5 times your annual salary, through our partner Lincoln Financial. You also have the opportunity to increase your coverage through our voluntary program.

Short- and long-term disability

All employees are covered through our partnership with Lincoln Financial. Should you become disabled and unable to work, you will be eligible for salary continuation at 60% of your salary, as well as job protection while you recover.

Enhanced parental leave

We offer 6 weeks of paid parental leave for all employees to bond with their newly born or adopted child. Expecting mothers also receive additional short-term disability coverage.

Legal insurance

We partner with LegalEase to assist when life’s expected and unexpected legal events occur.

ID theft

We provide comprehensive identity monitoring through InfoArmor. The identity theft program is fully covered by Envision for eligible employees.

Financial wellness

We partner with Prosper Wise to offer employees a one-stop destination for personal finance questions, including budgeting, banking, insurance, investing, debt management, and more.

Holidays

We offer an “unstructured paid time off (PTO)” policy, allowing our people to take as much time off as needed to maintain a healthy work-life balance (minimum of 20 days per annum plus national and legislated state holidays).

Other leave

Full-time employees are entitled to 10 days of paid leave per year. For employees who work less than 12 months or those who work part-time, leave is prorated accordingly. Sick leave is cumulative.

Employees are also entitled to 2 days of paid compassionate leave for each necessary occasion. Additionally, employees may be entitled to other forms of leave, such as long service.

Pension scheme

Superannuation contributions are made on behalf of employees in line with current legislation.

Flu vaccination reimbursement

Eligible employees will be reimbursed for their annual flu vaccination.

Holidays

Full-time employees are entitled to 10 days of paid leave per year, in addition to public holidays. This entitlement increases by 1 day each year, up to a maximum of 20 days. For part-time employees, leave entitlements are prorated accordingly.

Unused annual leave may be carried forward to the following year.

Additionally, employees are provided with extra rest days for the customary holiday period between December 29 and January 3 each year.

Pension scheme

A pension contribution is made each month on behalf of the employee. Envision pays an equivalent amount to the employer’s portion.

Flu vaccination reimbursement

Eligible employees will be reimbursed for their annual flu vaccination.

Other leave

Compassionate leave: Employees are entitled to 5 days of paid leave for every 12-month period.

Commuting allowance

Employees are entitled to receive an allowance equal to the cost of a 1-month commuting pass for travel from home to work on the most direct, economical route, up to a maximum of 20,000 JPY per month.

Sick pay

Employees receive 100% sick pay for up to 20 days (full-time equivalent) within a 12-month rolling period. Following this, they are entitled to 75% pay for an additional 45 days. Beyond these 65 days, the pay will be either unpaid or statutory, if applicable.

Holidays/leave

Full-time employees are entitled to 25 days of paid leave per year, in addition to public holidays. This entitlement increases by 1 day for every full 5 years of employment, up to a maximum of 30 days. Part-time employees' leave entitlements are pro-rated accordingly. Employees who are disabled, supporting a child with difficulties, or caring for one or more children under the age of 14 are granted additional leave days.

Employees are entitled to 5 paid days off per calendar year for events such as getting married, the spouse’s childbirth, illness of an immediate family member, moving, and similar reasons.

Under the new flexible holidays framework, there is no maximum limit on the number of leave days. Carried-over leave is no longer applicable.

Transportation reimbursement

Employees are entitled to receive a transportation reimbursement of 4000 RSD per month, net.

Private health insurance

Envision operates a private health insurance scheme available to all employees, currently provided by Generali Insurance.

Other leave

Compassionate leave: 5 days of paid leave for each immediate family member.

Remote working allowance

Fully remote employees are entitled to receive an allowance of 4000 RSD per month, net.

Sick pay

Sick pay is topped up from statutory to 100% for 20 days, and then to 75% for an additional 45 days (pro-rated for part-time employees). This is calculated on a 12-month rolling period following the successful completion of the probation period.

Holidays/leave

The basic annual leave entitlement is 20 days for full-time employees, in addition to public holidays. Additional leave days are provided based on age and children, as stipulated by the Labour Code.

Under our new flexible holidays framework, there is no maximum limit for leave. Carried-over leave is no longer applicable under this framework.

Private health insurance

Envision operates a private health insurance scheme available to all employees, currently provided by Medicover.

Travel reimbursement

Eligible employees can receive reimbursement for two types of travel expenses:

  • Using car: 30 HUF per kilometer
  • Using public transport: 100% of the cost

Sick pay

First 15 days: Top up state sick pay to 100% of regular pay. Next 5 days: Top up state sick pay by 40% of regular pay. Following 45 days: Top up state sick pay by 15% of regular pay.

These benefits are applicable after the successful completion of the probation period.

SZÉP card

Employees are entitled to receive this benefit of 650.000 HUF per year.

Paternity leave

10 days of paternity leave are provided, with full pay at 100% of the regular salary.

Other leave

Compassionate leave: 5 days of paid leave every 12 months.

Holidays/leave

The basic annual leave entitlement is 22 days for full-time employees, in addition to public holidays. Under our new flexible holidays framework, there is no maximum limit for leave. Carried-over leave is no longer applicable under this new framework.

Private health insurance

Envision operates a private health insurance scheme available to all employees, partners, and children. The scheme is currently provided by Universeguros.

Meal allowance

€9.60 per day worked, credited monthly to a meal card.

Sick pay

Topped up from statutory to 100% sick pay for 20 days in a 12-month rolling period.

Netherlands

Holidays/leave

The basic full-year leave entitlement is 25 days for full-time employees, in addition to public holidays. Under our new flexible holidays framework, there is no maximum limit on leave.

NS travel card

Covers all public transport expenses for business travel within the Netherlands, including trains, to the office, client meetings, or other business-related travel.

Internet and telephone allowance

Employees are entitled to receive €300 per year for phone and internet expenses. This amount is paid as €25 per month, based on submitted invoices.

Pension scheme

Envision contributes €3000 per year to a personal pension scheme. This amount is paid monthly, gross, in addition to your salary.
