As part of the recruitment process, we collect and store the following personal data:

  • Personal identification and contact information: name, address, cell phone number, personal email, date of birth, and gender
  • Professional Information: curriculum vitae, qualifications, work history, and references
  • Assessment Data: interview notes and assessment results

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data to facilitate the recruitment process and assess your qualifications for employment.  We process this personal data on the legal bases of legal obligations, contractual necessity, and legitimate interests.

Personal data is retained for one year and for additional time, only with your consent which you will be asked to renew from time to time. If an offer of employment is made and accepted, your personal data will be maintained as part of your employment file in accordance with our Employee Privacy Notice.

4. Data Sharing

We may share your personal data with:

  • Internal Recipients: Other departments within EPG as necessary to enable the recruitment process.
  • External Parties: Third parties, such as the hosting provider of EPG’s recruitment platform, as necessary for the assessment of employment.

EPG relies upon the Standard Contractual Clauses and International Data Transfer Agreements, as appropriate, when transferring data from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom to non-adequate third countries, such as the United States.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include secure storage solutions, access controls, and staff training.
